We have offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, and Paris working together to help companies of any size and sector to optimize their administrative tasks related to document signing and digital communication.

Experience:  At least 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role, ideally within a Technology or SaaS environment. Experience in lead generation, pipeline development, and working in a fast-paced sales cycle is highly valued.

Sales Acumen:  Strong sales skills including effective prospecting, lead qualification, and the ability to negotiate and close deals.

CRM Knowledge:  Proficiency in CRM software, ideally Salesforce. You should be adept at leveraging these tools for lead management, reporting, and sales analytics.

Communication:  Excellent communication skills are a must. This includes proficiency in cold calling, email communication, and the ability to engage prospects through social selling.

Adaptability and Continuous Learning:  An adaptable mindset and eagerness to stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and evolving sales techniques.

Team Collaboration:  Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, particularly in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Analytical Skills:  A strong capability to interpret and utilize sales data and metrics to guide decision-making and strategy development.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish is a must, along with professional proficiency in English (French is a plus!)

Your mission What Will You Do at Signaturit Group?

SQL Management:  Diligently handle Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) in our CRMs, ensuring data accuracy and enrichment for effective outreach strategies.

Lead Engagement:  Promptly respond to new SQLs within our 2-hour SLA using advanced tools, driving successful lead conversion through strategic interactions.

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Take the initiative in identifying and researching potential clients, employing a variety of methods such as email outreach, phone calls, and social media engagement to generate new leads.

Qualifying Leads: Play a crucial role in assessing and qualifying leads, determining their potential as customers based on specific criteria such as needs, budget, and decision-making capacity.

Product Knowledge and Presentation: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Signaturit’s offerings. Effectively articulate the value proposition and tailor presentations or demos to align with the unique needs and interests of potential clients.

Tracking and Reporting:  Consistently track and report on sales activities and lead statuses using CRM tools, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales interactions and progress.

Feedback and Market Insights: Provide valuable feedback and insights to the marketing and product teams, based on interactions with leads and customers, to inform and refine marketing strategies and product development.
