To accommodate our growth, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Project Manager who shares our values and chooses to contribute to them.
The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple high-impact projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop comprehensive project plans that merge client requirements with company goals and coordinate various technical personnel during all project phases.
Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle.
Identify and manage project risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management.
What we are looking for:
3+ years of experience in a senior Project Management role.
Spanish and a very good level of English.
ServiceNow experience is a plus but is not required. You will learn it.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
