What is your mission? Handle the computers setup, maintenance, hardware replacements.
Assess security programs, install and manage these systems, conduct updates, create passwords and run check for viruses and spyware.
Conduct IT preventative maintenance work.
Handle level 1 tickets and escalate the rest to the team.
Keep the inventory up to date, and provision purchases for new joiners to the company.
Will to learn and get responsibilities like projects to improve the IT structure.
Detail oriented, always seeking to achieve the best results, creative and committed.
Implement process and procedures as TDCX corporative definition.
Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
Who are we looking for? Finished IT related studies. (Degree, course, university).
1 Year minimum experience in IT.
Proficiency in troubleshooting PC, peripherals and software upgrades and IT Administration and inventory management.
Knowledge in Windows environments, Active Directory, Antivirus policies, basic networking, licensing, Office 365 user management,
Knowledge/Experience in IT Processes like ITIL, ISO.
Detail oriented, always seeking to achieve the best results, creative and committed.
Excellent planning, problem-solving abilities, communication and interpersonal skills.
