IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
We are looking for a Programmatic Specialist for our Performance Marketing Team. You will drive performance on Programmatic Campaigns by helping key Advertisers and Agencies to reach their business goals.
As a Programmatic Specialist you will:
Coordinate the life circuit of advertising campaigns in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Implement, manage, and monitor campaign progress, solving possible issues all the way to delivery.
Help enhance Programmatic campaign management and optimization workflows.
Develop and apply knowledge of Programmatic advertising industry trends to synthesize with customer objectives in creating and delivering media solutions.
SKILLS WE’RE SEARCHING FOR
At least 2 years of experience managing Programmatic campaigns, online measurement, operations, advertisement networks, Demand Side Platforms, digital video, and programmatic media. Deep knowledge of Google Display & Video 360 and Adform is a strong plus.
Ability to demonstrate measurable impact of campaign strategy and deliver customer-focused results.
Ability to successfully navigate/influence in a business environment, and manage multiple/simultaneous projects.
A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
Customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity.
Proficiency in Italian and English. Spanish is a plus.
OTHER ABILITIES THAT WILL WIN OUR HEART
Knowledge of SSPs.
Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform and Google Ads solutions for display and video. Knowledge of Social Media Ads platforms is a plus.
