We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team that will help launch our new office in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to managing client relationships. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about helping candidates find their dream job and helping clients build their dream team.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment :
- Source candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications to identify potential matches.
- Conduct telephone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for job opportunities.
- Write and distribute job offers through various channels.
- Act as a coach for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and support to help them succeed.
Business Development:
- Hunt and prospect for new clients to ensure the growth of our client portfolio.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients by building strong customer relationships to ensure that their recruitment needs are recognized and met.
- Maintain a constant dialogue with clients to understand and manage the evolution of their recruitment needs.
- Negotiate contracts with clients.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to analyze recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, ideally in a similar position.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and ideally with knowledge of French.
- A genuine passion for recruitment and helping candidates find their dream job.
