About the Team Hiring

Finance Team, Country

Our Team is responsible for the processing of financial transactions; We are the gatekeeper of the Audited Annual Financial Statements

We are in charge of Cash Management (A/P, A/R, etc.) in compliance with Corporate Group Policies and local regulations. We maintain

a low DSO.

We report monthly to the Group respecting the deadlines and perform analysis to explain the results vs budget.

We are supporting the local business and work with all the functions (Sales, Order Operations, Tech, etc.). Our role is to help the Country

Manager to drive the business with kpi’s definitions in order for him to make the best decisions to grow and achieve the country target.

Overview

Role purpose/Objective

The role of an Accountant is to maintain the accounting books. Completing all tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure consistency between Accounting and Invoicing Management System.

· Posting invoices in accounting system, ensuring the proper tax treatment.

· Reconcile customer and supplier statements at the end of each month.

· Monitor the outstanding balances from customers and make the necessary actions to collect them as soon as possible.

· Issuing invoices to customer, supporting Order Operations team.

· Recording in accounting the bank statements.

· Entering manual entries in the accounting system.

· Complete assigned month end reporting tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

· Provide cover within the team in times of sickness and annual leave.

· Report all issues to the Finance Manager in a timely manner.

· Any other ad hoc tasks as and when required.

Responsibilities

Required skills, abilities & qualifications:

- 3 years accounting experience as a minimum.

- Domain of manual entries in accounting system.

- Fluent English Speaking is required for all roles at Graitec as enabling the team to collaborate WW!
