Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.Responsibilities may include:Learn about Design Rules and Assembly ProcessesQuality assurance processes and lifetime prediction simulationsUtilize electrical, mechanical and thermal simulation techniquesUtilize supporting software for documentation, queue handling and metricsOnsite hands-on learning of semiconductor assembly processesOther minor activities related to documentation and continuous improvement (A3s and Lean)Qualifications:BS in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or PhysicsCommunication and presentation skillsAbility to manage and drive problem resolutionDemonstrate strong analytical thinking skills3.0 GPA or higherThis position is onlyopen to candidates having a qualified legal status to work in Spain MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVOWe are Qorvo.
