We are currently growing at an enormous pace in France, Spain, Germany & Ukraine and the Benelux. To support this growth we are now looking for a high-energy and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager with a strong vision and with the ability to connect the dots across the entire organization.

You should apply if:

You have an entrepreneurial mindset. You find solutions where others see problems

You hold a degree in marketing, communications, economics or equivalent experience

You can show at least 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing

You are fluent in English and in either: Dutch, French or Spanish . Any other European languages are a plus of course.

You are a people person with the ability to build, structure and motivate the marketing organization

You combine strategic thinking with hands-on pragmatism

You’re creative, dynamic and ambitious. You embrace change in a very fast-paced environment

You know how to build bridges and collaborate across the entire organization

What you will be doing:

Develop the marketing strategy to support the long-term growth ambitions of AG Solution

Create marketing plans and decide on the optimal marketing-mix

Manage the marketing budget

Build, coach and structure the marketing organization

As a team-player you are not afraid of hands-on support when the team needs it

Closely collaborate with sales management to create demand-generation plans, define KPI’s and metrics, reporting on marketing generated pipeline and conversion optimisation

Strengthen and further develop the brand story

Create a content strategy and a plan to engage the key stakeholders and persona’s in the buying journey

Work together with IT to decide on marketing technology, marketing automation, analytics, CRM integration, content management system,...

Evaluate and develop account-based marketing, customer marketing and growth marketing initiatives

Manage and overlook the full marketing process: strategy – planning – campaign execution – measurement and reporting – learnings and optimizations

Work together with HR on employer branding initiatives
