Due to incoming projects in our organization in Wärtsilä Gas Solutions we are searching Control Systems Engineer Software in Process Control Systems section.
Main tasks and responsibilities :
Develop and implement efficient and reliable PLC software for Gas Solutions Control Systems.
Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of PLC solutions into overall control system architecture.
Develop relevant project / product documentation.
Take part in technical clarifications related to own scope of delivery.
Perform test of own or others software (peer review) to ensure control system performance in accordance with requirements.
Qualifications :
Higher technical education (min. Bachelor) in Automation, Electrical engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years in control systems engineering with emphasis on PLC programming (TIA portal knowledge is required)
Proficient in PLC programming languages, with a focus on FBD and STL.
Good knowledge of software architecture
Good understanding of hardware system design
Fluent English language skills, both verbally and written
Knowledge of automation design
Experience with software testing / peer review
Personal qualities :
