Join us as a Senior Technical Data Product Manager (IBP) , where your expertise will shape our organization's future. In this role, you will embody three critical dimensions essential to our success:
End-to-End Data & Analytics Delivery Execution: You will own and optimize the execution of data delivery, resource allocation, and sequencing, ensuring the efficient utilization of resources and the timely delivery of solutions.
Translation Between Business and Technical Domains: You will serve as the bridge between the business and technical domains, guaranteeing the accuracy of build and fostering a deep understanding of technology's implications within business practices.
Horizontal Visibility Across Products and Projects: By driving re-use and reducing redundancy and duplication in the Data and Analytics (D+A) landscape and broader project portfolio, you will play a key role in fostering collaboration and efficiency across diverse projects.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day with us:
Manage delivery against key technical delivery milestones.
Collaboratively manage reporting that measures D+A’s execution against key programs.
Define and drive Business Customer adoption of “acceptance criteria” for delivery from D+A.
Work with engineering and data science teams to write and steward user stories and requirements in Azure DevOps.
Communicate proactively to two audiences (Business and Technical) at once.
Ensure the technical teams are clear on the “why” from the perspective of the Business customer.
Work with multiple stakeholders to author functional data requirements for a technical audience (+ build templates of these set of functional requirements).
Ensure technical documentation is readily available for data products produced and that value is communicated to key stakeholders.
Own presentation of DE/DS output to Business Customer, or support when presented as part of Digital Product.
Help track benefits of these insights to leadership to drive acceptance.
Qualifications
What you will need to succeed:
10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science or Product Data Owner in business facing functions.
At least 2 years of experience in Food/Beverage/Manufacturing, Consumer Products industry or experience in Demand/supply planning.
3+ years of experience leading/building advanced analytics and big data solutions or building enterprise SaaS.
Excellent ability to identify sources of value from data analytics across core business domains (such as marketing, risk, and operations) and to define paths realizing that value.
Familiarity with machine-learning technologies and tools, such as big data stack, Python, visualization techniques and principles and tools for data governance and stewardship.
Strong communication skills and an ability to break down complex information into relevant and digestible points for both inside D+A and externally to the business.
Excellent leadership skills, with a team-player attitude to drive the end-to-end implementation of use cases under time pressure.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and solve highly complex problems across teams.
