Job Title : Cyber Security Governance Manager

Location: Barcelona, Hybrid

Job Description

This role Manage the Galderma Cyber Security Governance Team. This person will be responsible for implementing IT Infrastructure & Systems Administration and IT support plans and processes through installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems software and hardware in line with Galderma's guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Galderma Cyber Security Governance Team

Devise and implement new security policies and procedures and ensure they remain up-to-date.

Establish & Implement IT Security Metrics, Monitoring, Collection and Reporting

Manage relationships with Key stakeholders across IT, Corporate Functions & Market Entities in accordance with role.

Create and deliver IT Security awareness trainings for all associates across Galderma globally.

Manage IT Security General Awareness Training and Support through phishing campaigns, through training on Information Security Standards, Methodologies and Tools, and other individualized trainings as required.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong Background in finding solutions and convince technical and business sides: Security and IT stability.

Background in international environment, working across different Corporate Functions and Market Entities, ideally within a global scope.

Training experience in Cybersecurity.

Good communication skills.
