¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa?
Ser el máximo responsable de la logística en el centro de Alemania e implementar así las buenas dinámicas de trabajo ya establecidas en la sede de Girona.
?
Funciones:
Supervisar las operaciones derivadas de la logística del centro: gestión eficiente de pedidos, recepción, picking y expedición de estos.
Responsable de pensar proactivamente en potenciales mejoras a medio termino.
Potenciar y motivar al equipo ya establecido con la correcta gestión de ellos.
Garantizar un buen servicio a todos los clientes de la parte norte y centro de Europa.
Gestionar y resolver los problemas y retos derivados del crecimiento exponencial del propio negocio, siempre en coordinación con la dirección.
Realización de informes y propuestas de mejora para reportar a la dirección general.
Asegurar una comunicación fluida entre todos los agentes afectados para una correcta alineación de todos los stakeholders .
