Join us as an Contract Manager and be part of an exciting, challenging and dynamic work environment to proactively support the definition and implementation of the expansion strategy of the Project Business Unit through the origination, development and construction of the PV Projects.
Main responsibilities:
Craft, evaluate, negotiate and execute a wide variety of different contracts such as supply contracts, full EPC contracts, service agreements, etc.
Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts.
Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
Communicate and present information to Hear of Operations about all contract-related matters.
Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to what’s best for the company.
Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor/Degree in Law and/or degree in engineering
At least 3 years of experience in contract management.
Strong interpersonal, prioritizing, and time management skills.
Excellent Team-worker, capable to actively support the fulfillment of team objectives.
Fluent English. Other languages (i.e. Italian) will be considered a plus.
