Mechanical Project Engineer

Job Purpose
The Mechanical Project Engineer will be responsible to establish and ensure compliance with the Company mechanical engineering guidelines, mechanical design criteria, specifications, standards applicable during the development and execution of the basic and detailed mechanical engineering required for studies and projects, also considering the principles of health, safety, quality, cost and time, applying the methodologies, process and procedures of the mechanical engineering department. As well, during the execution phase, the responsibilities will include to coordinate and being the key point between contractors, supervisors and engineering firm to ensure a proper information and workflow.
Main Accountabilities
Develop, deploy (manage) review, and update Mechanical engineering guidelines, design criteria, specifications, and standards, applicable to all Company worldwide construction projects.
Plan, coordinate, perform and fulfill the basic and detail Mechanical engineering development in terms of quality, cost, and time schedule for projects, establishing an adequate follow up of engineering activities and determine appropriate and timely corrective actions.
Organize and offer technical support to perform mechanical technical analysis and budgets in the stages of pre-feasibility and feasibility studies for EMEAA projects.

Provide technical analysis and recommendation of preferred suppliers as part of the procurement process to enable the maximum value from any project to be realized.
Ensure all construction is carried out safely and in-line with current regulations and standards.
Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance. Ensure EH&S compliance in the mechanical engineering field.
Education And Experience
Level of Education: Bachelor (degree), Master
Area of Study: Engineer
Knowledge of PC Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Others Specify: CAD, AutoCad general knowledge, Staad Pro, SAP 2000, Robot
Experience:
> =3 Engineering companies engaged in cement, industries as mechanical engineer
> =3 At least 2 years of experience managing people
Other Requirements
Knowledge of PC Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Others, Specify: Autocad general knowledge, SAP 2000, Robot
Willing travel to site
General knowledge of cement, ready-mix and aggregate industry process
General knowledge of engineering and projects process development
General knowledge of cement process main and auxiliary equipment
Leadership skills
Experience working in a large-scale utility and multicultural environment is a plus
