This is a Temp contract, 2 months.

You are located in Madrid
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce Database
Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
Drive improvements in the control and management of master data.
Conduct master data audits on existing and newly set up customers.
Provide support on Customer transactions and
Analyze and report key performance indicator results for Customer Data, enhancement queue, benchmark results and identify improvement opportunities
Assist with writing documentation as needed for customer database, policies, standards, controls and procedures and train accordingly
Respond to internal customer inquiries regarding Masterdata, billing, transactions, and other topics related to account health.
Your Profile

Proven experience in problem solving
Personal : Analytical, excellent listener, potential leader, relationship builder, team player, strategic thinker, excellent communicator, versatile
Technical : High level of knowledge in SAP, Salesforce, MS Excel mandatory. Good knowledge of the transactional model also valuable.
You speak Fluent English , a second language is a real plus.
