Due to the rapid expansion of Mindray’s success, we have an opportunity for a highly experienced and well-versed service expert to demonstrate creativity and innovation as a Field Service Engineer within our ultra-ambitious team as we continue to disrupt the market! You will be based in Spain, available to travel, and willing to work hard to deliver the quality of service that our customers expect. In this role, you will ensure that our customers receive the best possible service support, and that the service is consistently of the highest quality.
Your responsibilities:
Service Strategy and Activity Planning
Assist the Service Manager in service strategy, policy and procedure regarding technical hotline, training, technical support
Assist the Service Manager in planning VOC and value adding service strategy and activity
Implement service investigation activities to collect voice of customer and market dynamics
Plan and implement key customer care activities.
Technical Support and Training
Provide efficient and high quality technical support to customer/distributor/service provider via service hotline or service email or other online platform
Provide remote or onsite technical support to customer/distributor/service provider for comprehensive or important technical issues
Implements to customer/distributor/service provider training as trainer
Project Coordination and Support
Involved in large project in whole project life-cycle to give support from service side
Coordinate big project implementation as service contact person between service and internal/external project partners
Monitoring service quality in post period of big project and see improvement
Involved in service channel development program to develop and manage local service channel (distributor and service provider) in Romania and southeast region (Spain and Portugal)

Service agreement signing and service qualification assessment and development
Implement designed other service channel management activities
Technical Management
Monitoring local failure trend, and report to local and HQ management, manage important technical issue processing and escalate to HQ
Collect and summarise and report to HQ needs regarding product function and serviceability
What are we looking for in you?
Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical equipment industry; Biochemistry, chemistry analysers immunoassay systems, haematology analysers or TLA systems product service experience. is critical
Rich technical skills and knowledge for In-vitro-diagnosis systems; Technically proficient in the installation, training, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration, and proper level of clinical application skills.
Solid background and knowledge of the In-Vitro-Diagnosis industry and regulation requirement.
Highly customer focused along with your hunger to achieve more, this role has significant development potential for the right candidate!
Technically proficient in the troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of all medical products.
Good networking and IT Skills
An ability to address customer requests through strong listening skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong relationships
Proven negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
Fluent Spanish, with English as a business language, both written and spoken
Flexible to travel as required
Experience of working in Spain requiring no company sponsorship to join our business
