Are you ready to join us?YOUR ROLE: As a Digital Marketing Specialist in the HR and payroll industry, your role is dynamic and multifaceted, contributing significantly to various aspects of our marketing initiatives. Operating within a dynamic matrix organizational structure in an international environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive comprehensive marketing strategies. Versatile Campaign supportStrategic Execution: Effectively collaborate with the Demand Generation Manager to execute multi-channel campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals.Timely and Accurate Analysis: Provide timely and accurate analysis of campaign performance, offering actionable insights for continuous improvement.Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to evolving campaign needs and priorities.KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEMinimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.Versatility in executing various marketing functions, including content creation, event coordination, and digital marketing.Understanding of marketing principles and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in stakeholder management within a matrix organizational structure.Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask.Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.Proficient in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems like Pardot and Salesforce.Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software is advantageous.Creativity and a keen eye for detail.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
